Terms & Conditions:

1. The purchased health screening package is valid for 2 months from the date of purchase.
2. Package is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other items and services.
3. Any follow-up consultations/ medications/ investigations/ treatments if required will be chargeable.
4. Appointment is required and should be made at least 3 working days in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Price is based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Assunta Hospital reserves the right to amend the terms, conditions and validity period at its absolute discretion without prior notice.
