Terms and Conditions

1. The Knee Osteoarthritis Screening Packages offered are for screening / diagnostic purposes only.
2. Package is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, other items and services.
3. Additional charges will be incurred for extended stay/additional consultations/ medications/ investigations/ treatment if required.
4. Appointment is required and should be made at least 3 working days in advance and is subject to availability.
5. Price is based on per person basis, in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and is subject to change without prior notice.
6. Applicable to participating Consultants only.
7. Strictly for self-paying patients only.
8. The purchased package is valid for 1 month from the date of purchase.
