The Healing Touch

The power of the human touch to heal is immense. When adjusting to life after injury or illness, rehabilitation is an option not to be overlooked. The primary essence of physiotherapy is the careful and respectful physical handling of another’s ailing body in an attempt to promote healing to the body, mind and spirit.

Our Philosophy

We strive to improve function, independence and quality of life for people whose disabilities stem from illness, injury or congenital conditions. Our team epitomizes Assunta’s tagline of ‘Heart & Art of Care’ and serves your needs with compassion and care.

Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy is a form of physiotherapy treatment that incorporates the unique properties of warm water and the value of heat to enable the patients to achieve a greater range of task, functional and sports activities which are difficult on land. To reach the maximum potential level, individual exercise programs are designed by our physiotherapists.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists help patients participate in the things they want and need to do through the therapeutic use of everyday activities (occupations). Occupational therapists ask, “What matters to you?” not “What’s the matter with you?”.
