BSC in Human Nutrition ( New Zealand)
Membership :
Member of Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (MDA).

Stephanie received her credential in dietetics from Australia. She leads the department of Dietetic and Food Services. She is committed in providing optimal nutrition care to patients.


Ms. Hazel Lee Pei Pei

Membership :
Member of Malaysian Dietitians’ Association (MDA)

Hazel graduated from the International Medical University with First Class Honors in Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012. She has since served Assunta Hospital, providing her expertise in various aspects of nutrition through diet consultation, as well as offering nutrition support to patients on tube-feeding and those who are nutritionally-compromised. Hazel is also keen in educating the public, having delivered multiple health talks to various organizations.



Ms. Ang Hui Inn

Hui Inn received her credential in nutrition and dietetics and graduated with First Class Honors from International Medical University (IMU), Kuala Lumpur. She is passionate in clinical dietetics with special interest in nutrition support and critical illness. Hui Inn is committed to improve the wellbeing of clients and enhance their quality of life through individualized nutrition care process.



Assunta Hospital dietitians are qualified health professionals who assist individuals look into their nutritional needs via nutrition support. This is delivered to acute or long-term care patients via individualized nutritional counseling to help manage chronic diseases, or by improving health through weight management and healthy eating programmes.

During consultation, our dietitians conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments. These include diet assessments, body fat analysis and lifestyle assessments to create a tailor-made plan for your health and nutrition needs.

Individualized nutritional care plans are implemented and monitored by our team of clinical dietitians using evidence-based Nutrition Care plans, an essential component of comprehensive health care. Individuals with medical conditions and illness can improve their health and quality of life by adhering to selected Nutrition Care plans.
