Swea Hong graduated with First Class Honours in Dietetics from UniSZA, Terengganu. Swea Hong completed her catering and clinical attachment at Hospital Besut, Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah, Terengganu and University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC), covering various medical departments. For instance, diabetes, intensive care unit (ICU), gastroenterology, obesity, oncology, neurology, paediatrics, renal and surgical. After that, she then joined Assunta Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian in 2019 and her main task is to provide dietetic counselling for patients in hospital and assisting in managing a cost effective food production operation to provide high quality meals/snacks to patients along with recommended food safety standards. Swea Hong has always been actively involved with community events by providing dietetic consultation and public health talks to increase public health awareness. Her passion in the area of clinical dietetics and food services has led her to continuously strive to promote the tradition of eat well and live well.
Ms. Phang Tze Ching

Tze Ching is graduated with degree in Bachelor of Dietetics with Nutrition from International Medical University (IMU). Tze Ching completed her clinical attachment at Hospital Tuanku Jaa’far Seremban and Hospital Sungai Buloh, food service training at Hospital Kajang, community dietetics internship at Klinik Kesihatan Shah Alam and Vease Nutrition Sdn Bhd respectively. Her ability of performing nutrition care process for inpatients/outpatients involve a multitude of platform including paediatrics, geriatrics, critically ill patients. She collaborates with multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in providing enteral and parenteral nutrition support for critically ill patients. During the attachment, she actively involved in community events by providing health talks and dietary consultation concerning Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (GDM), diabetes eating during Ramadhan, nutrition for paediatrics and elderly. Furthermore, she is also equipped with the knowledge and skill of food service operation and menu planning for hospital patients with the recommended food safety standards. She hope to transform her love for food and nutrition to something that she gets to help people in need. And she strongly believes that ‘one must seek first to understand, then to be understood’ is the key to make the appropriate nutrition diagnosis and intervention of the patients.
