ISO 9001: 2015

 

Assunta Hospital has been awarded the ISO Quality Management certification since 1996, and was last audited in Sept. 2009 on the latest Standard ISO 9001: 2015. The accreditation demonstrates Assunta’s ability to consistently provide product and services that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.

Brand Laureate Award 2008 & 2009

 

The BrandLaureate Award is the most in-demand branding award for the SMEs industry in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific, recognizing the best of brands in the SMEs industry. The BrandLaureate – The SMEs Chapter Awards provides the SMEs with a platform to subtitle their brands effectively and eventually become a global brand. The winners are known as The SMEs BrandLaureates. As the definition of Laureate is one that is worthy of the highest honour, The SMEs BrandLaureate is a testimony to their brand’s success and the dedication and tenacity of the management and our_teambehind the brand. Assunta Hospital was awarded with the 2008 & 2009 Best Brand for Hospital in the Healthcare category.

 


Hospital Management Asia 2010 (HMA)

 

Assunta Hospital was bestowed the prestigious “Marketing, PR, or Promotional Project” award by Hospital Management Asia (HMA) at the 9th Annual Asian Hospital Management Awards Night held in Seoul on 20th August 2010. Asunta Hospital emerged as victor for successfully organizing the “Passionately You: Cervical & Breast Cancer Awareness ‘09” programme. The project was short-listed out of a total of 281 projects submitted by 58 hospitals from 10 Asia Pacific countries.


Hospital Management Asia 2013 (HMA)

 

Assunta Hospital was bestowed the Execellence Award in the Corporate Social Responsibility Project category by Hospital Management Asia (HMA) at the 12th Annual Asian Hospital Management Awards Night held in Bangkok, Thailand on the 13th September 2013. Asunta Hospital emerged as victor for structuring Assunta’s charity programmes under one umbrella “Assunta Integrated Social Services” programme. The programme extended the reach of the mobile clinic and established the Assunta Palliative Care Centre (AsPaCC) services. The project was short-listed out of a total of 298 projects submitted by 78 hospitals from 13 countries.
